Operating Instructions
1.This valve is 8 lines and consists of two mechanisms.Two of the blue wires are for opening valve receiving negative electricity (closing valve receiving positive electricity),
Two white wires are positive for valve opening (negative for valve closing), and four yellow wires are state switch wires.
2.Valve opening process: The blue line of the NO.1 mechanism is negatively charged and the white line is positively charged.When the NO. 1 state switch is detected to be closed.To increase a certain delay (300mS), then stop the power supply to the NO. 1 mechanism, and then connect the negative power to the blue line of the NO. 2 mechanism, the white wire is positive.When NO. 2 state switch is detected to be closed, a certain delay (300mS) shall be added, and then stop the power supply to NO. 2 mechanism and complete the whole valve opening process with a total time of 10S.
3)Valve Closing process: Connect the blue line of valve NO. 1 with positive charge and the white line with negative charge. Then check whether the signal switch NO. 1 is disconnected. Stop power supply to NO. 1 motor valve if disconnected;Then connect the blue line of NO.2 valve with positive charge and the white line with negative charge. Test the NO.2 signal
Whether the NO. 2 switch is disconnected or not; if so, stop power supply to the NO. 2 motor valve;The valve closing process is completed, and the total closing time is 600mS.
4.Signal switch: when the valve is opened in position, the switch state is closed; when the valve is closed, the switch state is open.
5.The voltage of valve both ends shall not be less than 3V when the system open-close valve at min. Operating voltage .
6.The driving current of valve control circuit provided can not be less than the motor peak current.
